½ c porridge oats, ½ c rice milk, ½ c of water, 2 X 500ml water;
1 serving of pasta salad, 1 packet of Go Ahead Apple & Sultana Slice, 2 X 500ml;
1 serving of baked potato with baked beans in tomato sauce, 500ml water;
60 ml soya milk and 1 cup of coffee, ramekin of sultanas and wheaties;

Comments:My son is poorly, the poor thing. His father had to bring him home from school. He looks real pasty. I am so jittery about Thursday’s weigh-in. I want to cry. I don’t want Thursday to come and at the same time I can’t wait till it is all over and done with. I have been sorely tempted to weigh myself since Sunday but I have resisted the urge up to now. I have had thoughts and urges of not eating at all since about last Thursday but I am hanging in there and sticking with the program.
